Rates (in-office and online counseling)
$135: In-office first appointment and standard followup sessions (50 minutes)
$135: Telehealth appointments (available to Kentucky residents only) (50 minutes)
$65 for half-session; (25 minutes) (upon approval)
Payment
I accept cash, check, all major credit cards, and HSA and FSA cards as forms of payment.
I am not in network with any insurance companies; however, if you have “out-of-network” benefits and want to pursue reimbursement from your insurance company, please let me know in advance, and bring any forms needed by your insurance company to the session. I will ask you to submit the documentation to your insurance company but will help you with the process.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand; otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session. Exceptions may be granted in extreme circumstances.
