Thank you for reaching out to me! There are a few ways to schedule an appointment or to contact me :

3. Call me at 502-306-0291. The quickest way to get an appointment is to schedule online.  I will return phone calls within 48 hours unless the call is received on a day I'm not in the office, typically Fridays and weekends. 

Please note: My schedule is sometimes full for several weeks, however, I do get cancellations and work to get clients in sooner when requested. To get on the cancellation list, or to get an appointment sooner:

A. Schedule online, requesting the first available appointment that matches your needs.

B. Send me a message via my contact form (below) requesting to be put on the cancellation list and indicating your availability.  Please do not call and leave me a message about your availability.  

C. Continue to check my schedule to see if an appointment opens up and request an online appointment that is opens sooner. 

ONLINE SCHEDULING:

Online scheduling is a convenient way to request an appointment.  I offer in-person and Telehealth appointments.  I am licensed in Kentucky, Indiana, and Florida and offer Telehealth sessions to residents of all three states.  Send a message via the Contact Form if you have questions.

When not in session, I can be reached by phone at 502-306-0291. Feel free to leave a confidential voicemail and I will return your call as soon as possible. I do make every effort possible to return calls within 48 hours if received during my normal work week (Monday - Thursday) or I return them on the next business day if calls are received on days I'm not in the office.

QUESTIONS:

The question most often asked is whether or not I accept insurance, and if not, how much is my fee.  I am not "in-network", therefore, my clients pay out of pocket using cash, check, credit/debit, HSA or FSA card.  Some clients who have "out of network" benefits chose to file with their insurance for reimbursement. I can provide you with a statement to submit to insurance, if necessary. My fee is $135 for a 50 minute session.  Additional information about me is available at: carmenscounseling.com
