Next Steps

Initial sessions are 50 or 75 minutes.  Most clients begin with an initial 75-minute session, which allows time for a thorough assessment of concerns, history, and goals. This first meeting helps establish clarity and determine an appropriate direction for therapy.  Beginning with a 50 minute session is also an option.

A complimentary 15-minute video consultation is also available as an option on my online scheduling calendar for those who prefer a brief conversation before scheduling an initial session.
