Session Rates
All sessions — in-person and telehealth — are the same rate.
- 50-minute session: $135
- 75-minute session: $195
Most clients begin with a 75-minute initial session, which allows time for a thorough assessment of concerns, history, and goals. Follow-up sessions are typically 50 minutes, though 75-minute sessions remain available as needed.
Insurance
I accept insurance for telehealth sessions with Florida and Indiana residents through Headway.
To use insurance, start by registering through my Headway profile, where you can verify your benefits and schedule a free 15-minute consultation. From there, I will schedule your sessions directly.

For Kentucky residents, services are private-pay only. I am licensed as a psychological associate in Kentucky and am not in-network with insurance providers in this state. If you have out-of-network benefits, superbills are available upon request for reimbursement.
Private Pay
I accept cash, check, all major credit cards, and HSA and FSA cards.
Private-pay clients can schedule directly through my online appointment calendar, including a free 15-minute consultation if you’d like to connect before your first session.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the full session rate will be charged. Exceptions may be granted in extreme circumstances.
