I integrate approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), attachment-based work, somatic and neuroscience-informed care to support lasting, meaningful change.
Faith-informed counseling (available if desired)
I offer faith-informed counseling for individuals who want their Christian faith thoughtfully integrated into the therapeutic process, while remaining grounded in professional, evidence-based clinical care.
I bring particular depth to this work through my experience of spending 17 years serving in the counseling ministry of Southeast Christian Church in Louisville. During that time, I worked extensively with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, family-of-origin dynamics, and major life transitions within a faith context.
Faith is never assumed or required in therapy. Many clients prefer a fully clinical approach, and that preference is fully respected.
