Next Steps

Most clients begin with an initial 75-minute session, which allows time for a thorough assessment of concerns, history, and goals. This first meeting helps establish clarity and determine an appropriate direction for therapy.

A 15-minute phone consultation is also available as an option on my online scheduling calendar for those who prefer a brief conversation before scheduling an initial session.

Initial Session: 75 minutes | $195
Phone Consultation: 15 minutes (scheduled online)

Follow-up sessions are 50 minutes ($135) or 75 minutes ($195), depending on clinical needs and goals.

I specialize in infidelity recovery counseling and offer structured, intensive therapy options for couples seeking focused support during a critical time. These intensives are designed to provide early stabilization, clarity, and a clear path forward following betrayal.

Infidelity recovery intensives may be offered through:

• Telehealth
• In-person sessions in Louisville, Kentucky
• In-person sessions in Lakewood Ranch, Florida, when clinically appropriate and available

Couples may begin with intensive sessions and transition into ongoing therapy as needed. This option can be discussed during an initial appointment.

Rates, Insurance, and Payment

Most clients choose private-pay counseling.

Insurance is accepted only for telehealth sessions and only through Headway for Florida and Indiana residents.
