Payment for Kentucky counseling services may be made by cash, credit card, or HSA/FSA card.
I am not in-network with any Kentucky-based insurance plans. All sessions conducted in Kentucky (including in-person sessions in Louisville and Telehealth sessions when the client is physically located in Kentucky) are private pay. If you have out-of-network benefits, you may request a superbill to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement, according to your individual plan.
For Indiana residents seeking Telehealth services, I accept certain Indiana-based insurance plans through Headway. Insurance benefits may be used when the client is physically located in Indiana at the time of the session and enrolled in a participating plan. Insurance must be verified through Headway and appointments are scheduled through Headway if using insurance.Indiana clients who choose to attend in-person sessions in Kentucky will be seen as private pay, as I am not in-network with Kentucky insurance plans.
